Nurse Siobhan O'Neill - Founder / Director
Siobhan O'Neill is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Cardiology, Emergency Response, Occupational Health Surveillance, and frontline event medical care. She is passionate about promoting workplace health through prevention, early intervention, and evidence-based clinical practice, helping organisations create safer and healthier working environments.
Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Human Sciences and a Registered Nursing qualification from The Open University, Siobhan has continued to expand her expertise through advanced professional training and nationally recognised accreditations. She is accredited by the British Society of Audiology (BSA) and the Association for Respiratory Technology & Physiology (ARTP), is Advanced Life Support (ALS) trained, and is a member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) and the Society of Occupational Medicine (SOM).
Siobhan delivers a comprehensive range of occupational health services, including health surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, safety-critical medicals, fitness-for-work assessments, and workplace wellbeing programmes. Alongside her occupational health role, she has extensive experience providing emergency medical care at major public events, bringing a calm, professional approach to high-pressure clinical environments.
Committed to delivering exceptional care with compassion and integrity, Siobhan works closely with employers and employees to provide practical, reliable occupational health solutions that support both individual wellbeing and organisational success.

Nurse Karen Scorer - Co Founder / Director

Karen Scorer is a Registered General Nurse with extensive experience across primary care, military healthcare, emergency care, and occupational health. Her broad clinical background enables her to deliver evidence-based occupational health services that support employee wellbeing, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance across a wide range of industries.
Throughout her career, Karen has worked as both a Practice Nurse and a Military Nurse with the Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps (QARANC), providing healthcare and support to service personnel and their families. She currently works in emergency care, where she delivers comprehensive patient assessments and timely clinical interventions in fast-paced environments, bringing calm, professionalism, and clinical expertise to every situation.
Karen specialises in occupational health services including spirometry, HAVS Tier 2 assessments, skin health surveillance, workplace health assessments, immunisation programmes, employee health screening, and first aid training. She is an Accredited Spirometry Practitioner, HAVS Tier 2 Practitioner, and a qualified First Aid Trainer, with a strong commitment to promoting prevention, early intervention, and healthier workplaces.
Known for her compassionate and practical approach, Karen works closely with employers and employees to provide trusted occupational health solutions that protect workforce health, reduce risk, and help organisations meet their occupational health responsibilities.
